Ladders is seeking an Engineering Lead for MB-DMI Interoperability to drive model-based engineering practices in a remote-capable role within the Aerospace & Defense space.

The engineer will define standards, tools, and workflows to strengthen the digital thread from design through operations, partnering with engineering, quality, and external collaborators to enable scalable, model-centric processes across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; 12+ years' experience, or advanced degree with 10+ years.
• 7+ years of leadership experience demonstrating results.
• Expertise in model-based definition, GD&T, and digital product specifications.
• Experience with model-based inspection workflows and CMM/CAI tools.
• Proficiency with CAD/PLM systems such as NX and Teamcenter.

For our client, we are seeking a Engineering Lead - MB-DMI Interoperability (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will lead enterprise efforts to advance model-based engineering practices that improve interoperability, consistency, and collaboration across technical functions. The ideal candidate will help define standards, tools, and workflows that strengthen the digital thread from design through operations and quality. This position will partner closely with engineering, operations, quality, and external collaborators to enable scalable model-centric processes across the organization.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $157,200 – $298,800 annually
