Job summary

Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology (CCAT) in East Hartford, CT seeks a Sr. MBE Engineer Consultant to evaluate and advance model-based engineering and digital thread initiatives across manufacturing partners.

You will lead NSE MBE Maturity Index assessments, develop practical implementation roadmaps, deliver workshops for business and technical leaders, and collaborate with CCAT teams to demonstrate MBD/MBE workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in engineering, manufacturing, digital engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience implementing MBD/MBE workflows.
• Knowledge of NSE MBE Maturity Index and its application.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturer capability assessments using NSE MBE Maturity Index and identify gaps.
• Develop and execute digital transformation roadmaps with MBD/MBE components.
• Conduct technical workshops for business and technical leaders on MBE adoption.
• Prepare technical assessment reports with actionable recommendations.
