Job summary

Agile Defense in Ashburn, VA is hiring Mobility Analyst, Mobility Engineer, VTC Analyst and Senior VTC Engineer to support CBP operations.

Roles sit near the users, balancing hands-on support with engineering, and require an active CBP BI or related clearance when possible. A $10,000 signing bonus applies for candidates with an active CBP BI, payable after 90 days under standard terms. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting endpoint or conferencing estate where users cannot reach the help desk.
• Experience running a device management platform at scale (enrollment, policy, updates).
• Ability to describe conferencing over constrained or unreliable network paths and what changed to make it work.
• Active CBP BI or DoD clearance, or fitness determination preferred for start eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Keep devices and rooms working for users who cannot walk to a help desk.
• Configure endpoints and room systems to established standards and ensure deployments match them.
• Plan and execute deployments with cross-team coordination to minimize user impact.
