Job summary

Agile Defense seeks a Field Deployment Analyst to install, configure, and repair site infrastructure and end-user equipment at CBP locations across the United States. This role requires extensive travel and the ability to work independently when documentation does not match reality.

Preferred candidates hold an active CBP BI or DHS/DoD clearance. A $10,000 signing bonus applies for those with an active CBP BI and EOD.

Qualifications

• Active CBP BI, DoD clearance, or DHS fitness determination preferred.
• Experience deploying or refreshing equipment at unfamiliar sites.
• Ability to operate with limited support and make on-site decisions.
• Comfort with high travel percentage and remote deployments.
• Strong problem-solving when site documentation differs from reality.

Responsibilities

• Travel to sites to install and turn up infrastructure and end-user equipment.
• Fix issues that remote support could not resolve and hand the site back operational.
• Coordinate with network engineers, cloud and mobility teams, and site staff.
• Document as-built configurations and flag site conditions that may affect future deployments.
