Job summary

Agile Defense in Ashburn, VA is hiring for Network Engineers, Senior Engineers, and Architect roles to support CBP mission-critical networks.

You will design, deploy, and operate routing, switching, WAN/LAN, wireless, segmentation, and firewalls in mixed Cisco/Juniper/Arista environments, with emphasis on reliability and rapid incident response. Clearances and citizenship preferred; signing bonus offered for active CBP BI holders.

Qualifications

• Active CBP BI preferred; U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience maintaining highly available networks across remote or mission-critical sites.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with strict change control.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and sustain CBP network infrastructure.
• Operate routing, switching, WAN/LAN, wireless, segmentation, and firewalls in Cisco/Juniper/Arista environments.
• Collaborate with field deployment, cloud, and security teams.
• Ensure documentation matches deployed configurations and site realities.
