Job summary

Agile Defense is hiring Mobility Analysts, Mobility Engineers, VTC Analysts and Senior VTC Engineers (CBP) in Ashburn, VA. Roles focus on device enrollment, endpoint management, and conferencing support for CBP operations. A signing bonus of $10,000 applies for candidates with an active CBP BI, payable after 90 days.

We seek candidates who can work across mobility devices and room systems, partnering with network, cloud, and security teams to keep critical assets available at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting an endpoint or conferencing estate where users cannot reach the help desk.
• Experience running a device management platform at scale (enrollment, policy, updates).
• Ability to make conferencing work over constrained or unreliable network paths and describe changes.
• Experience supporting events where failures could be visible to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot device enrollment and conferencing issues in field environments.
• Manage and coordinate device configurations across vendors to meet standards.
• Collaborate with network, cloud, and security teams to resolve incidents.
• Support transition from field issues to engineering fixes when needed.
