Rehab Medical LLC is seeking a Sales Representative in Charlotte, NC to drive growth by building strong relationships with referral sources and clinicians, managing a defined territory, and promoting advanced mobility solutions from referral to delivery.

You will educate clinicians on mobility technology, insurance qualifications, and product offerings, while meeting monthly activity and sales targets with uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of B2B experience and strong relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidentiality mindset.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized while meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with referral sources (therapists, physicians, clinical staff).
• Manage an assigned territory to maximize referrals and identify opportunities.
• Conduct daily marketing calls and monthly in-services to educate clinicians on mobility tech and insurance.
• Track activity and performance metrics to drive territory growth.
