This range is provided by John Vance Auto Group. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base pay range: $36,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

- Initiate and maintain relationships with customers through sales processes
- Guide customers through a thorough needs analysis process; identify appropriate products and recommendations that will best meet individual and family needs.
- Effectively utilize company CRM
- Participate in business development and networking activities/processes to generate sales
- Follow-up with prospective customers and owner database
- Reports to Newby-Vance Mobility Sales Manager
- Must possess a strong work ethic
- Must be trustworthy
- Must be a self-starter
- Must be willing to learn, adapt and accept direction and training
- Experience in sales and sales management a plus but not required
- Mobility Industry experience a plus but not required
