Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members by delivering branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, building relationships, and promoting wellness. You will guide clients through safe stretching, track progress, and ensure a positive, educational member experience.

You must be a Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED, enjoy helping others move better, and stay current on certifications and trends. Emphasis on safety, service, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED; certification as a Personal Trainer is required.
• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR and AED certification.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and other recovery techniques.
• Able to perform aerobic activity for class duration; capable of bending, standing, reaching, climbing and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, Hypervolt, and breathing drills.
• Reads required training materials and completes trainings for the role.
• Conducts stretch demos with pre-participation screenings and goal setting.
• Documents all aspects of client programming and provides superior customer service.
