Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Personal Training - Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members by delivering branded assisted stretch and recovery sessions. You will build relationships, educate members, and uphold Life Time brand standards across services and programming.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and ongoing certification, with a commission-based pay structure and full-time benefits for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Certified personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and other recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Lead assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax.
• Lead recovery sessions with assisted stretching, Hypervolt, and breathing drills.
• Conduct stretch/recovery demos with pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provide fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promote and sell stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Document all aspects of client programming.
