Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members by delivering branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, building relationships and promoting safer, healthier lifestyles.

You will develop client programs, lead stretch and recovery sessions, complete admin tasks, and stay current on certifications to ensure every member feels competent and valued.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for a class and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong customer service and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Lead assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax.
• Lead recovery sessions with hypervolt percussion and breathing drills.
• Promote stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Document client programming and complete admin tasks.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelors degree in Kinesiology or related field

Tools

AIS/FST or similar certification
