Life Time is hiring a Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions. You will build relationships, educate members, and uphold the Life Time brand while promoting stretch programs and other training services onsite.

You will lead stretch and recovery sessions, document progress, and remain current on certifications and industry trends to advance within the program.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal trainer certification is required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform aerobic activity during sessions.

Aufgaben

• Develop safe, professional client programs to achieve goals.
• Lead assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Lead recovery sessions with assisted stretching and breathing drills.
• Complete required trainings and certifications.
• Demonstrate stretches to new clients and assess goals.
• Assist members on the fitness floor for safety and education.
• Promote and sell stretch and personal training services.
• Complete administrative tasks for each client’s plan.
• Stay current on certifications and industry trends.
• Document all aspects of client programming.
