Qualifications

• 6+ years of transportation engineering and project management experience.
• Experience managing roadway design projects for state and local transportation agencies preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway and transportation projects through all phases.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and agencies.

Skills

Strong understanding of roadway design principles

Advanced proficiency with OpenRoads Designer (ORD)

Strong client relationship management

Excellent written and verbal communication

Proven leadership and mentoring skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline
