MSA Professional Services is looking for a Project Manager – Transportation in Duluth, MN. This role will lead the planning, design, and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects for state and local clients, combining project management and technical oversight.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, 6+ years of experience in transportation project management, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license. The company offers benefits including an Employee Stock Ownership Plan and a flexible work schedule.

• Experience managing roadway design projects for state and local agencies preferred.

• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
