Job summary

MSA Professional Services in Iowa is seeking a Project Engineer – Transportation to support planning, design, and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects. This role is suitable for a civil engineer who balances technical design with client interaction and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of mobility/transportation engineering experience required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Support project management activities including planning, budgeting, and QA/QC.
• Design roadway infrastructure projects and prepare engineering documents.
• Assist with public meeting presentations and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide construction-phase support and coordination.
