TransAction Associates seeks a Client Services Specialist to support transportation and mobility programs for employers, municipalities, and other clients. You will coordinate program activities, manage communications, and help deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced consulting setting.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with standard business hours and occasional evenings or weekends for public engagement. Strong organization and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years in program coordination, project support, marketing, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and operational support to multiple client projects.
• Manage transportation programs for employers and communities.
• Draft newsletters, announcements, and digital communications.
• Plan events and coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual activities.
• Support shuttle programs and assist with business development pursuits.
