Job summary

Louisiana State University seeks a Mobility Programs & Outreach Manager to lead transportation demand management and expand awareness of alternative options across campus. The role supervises the Communications Specialist and guides outreach and engagement with students, faculty, and staff.

Responsibilities include developing programs, coordinating advisory groups, and promoting transit, carpooling, rideshare, micromobility, and other mobility initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3 years of experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License required.
• Strong communication, outreach, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages the university's transportation demand management strategy to reduce reliance on single-occupancy vehicles.
• Promotes campus transit, park-and-ride, carpooling, rideshare, micromobility, and other mobility services.
• Leads communications and marketing strategies for service changes, construction impacts, and new programs.
• Coordinates campus advisory groups and collaborates with internal and external partners.
• Establishes annual goals, tracks participation and feedback, and prepares reports and proposals.
