Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, project support, marketing, communications, customer service, transportation, planning or consulting.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to synthesize information clearly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the consulting team across multiple projects.
• Manage transportation programs for employers, municipalities, property owners, and partnerships to improve mobility and reduce traffic.
• Draft newsletters, announcements, and targeted communications; support website updates and social media.
• Plan and support outreach events, workshops, and promotional activities; coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events.
• Support proposal development, grant applications, and new project pursuits.
