Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Mobility Specialist in Houston to greet guests, educate them about Metropolis parking technology, and enroll them in the system. You will respond to inquiries, patrol lots, issue violations as needed, and keep facilities clean and safe in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, reliability, and the ability to work PM shifts and weekend events. Prior parking experience is helpful but not required, and training is provided.

• Comfortable using mobile devices and technology (iPad, iPhone, Android devices).
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken English with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages, providing professional and friendly service.
• Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Promote positive customer relationships by consistently delivering excellent customer service.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns confidently and courteously.
• Patrol assigned parking lots and garages to identify vehicles without proper payment or authorization.
• Issue parking violations in accordance with company policies.
• Document violations using company-provided mobile devices, including photo documentation.
• Maintain the cleanliness of parking lots, garages, and common areas.
• Identify and report debris, spills, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly.
• Sweep floors, collect trash, and empty trash receptacles as needed.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including cleaning, washing, oil changes, and minor upkeep.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Observe all safety protocols at all times
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
