Job summary

MV Transportation, based in Dallas, seeks a Manager of Microtransit & Innovative Mobility to drive the growth of MV’s microtransit business and expand mobility solutions across rider choice programs, TNC partnerships, and autonomous vehicle initiatives.

You will work with the VP of Microtransit and a cross-functional team to design turnkey mobility solutions, pursue new opportunities, and ensure high-quality, safe, and competitive services through collaboration with planning, technology,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience in public transportation and/or transportation technology, with experience in Microtransit essential.
• Proven ability to execute business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working with government agencies and other regulatory bodies.
• Strong understanding of technology and how it can be used to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Experience deploying new service models with major technology components.

Responsibilities

• Grow MV’s microtransit business alongside the Vice President of Microtransit.
• Develop turnkey mobility solutions with transit planning, IT, operations, sales, pricing and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with deal and executive teams to drive innovation and growth.
• Engage with government agencies and industry partners to establish MV as a Microtransit SME.
• Monitor market trends, identify risks and opportunities, and pursue new revenue streams.
• Represent MV at industry events and public forums.
