Qualifikationen

• Experience as a field service technician in the related industry.

Aufgaben

• Oversees a team of Equipment Technicians, assigns work orders and monitors performance.
• Completes weekly reports on fixed and out‑of‑service mobility equipment.
• Submits work orders for parts and supplies.
• Monitors parts inventory and timely component ordering.
• Coaches and provides feedback to technicians to improve performance.
• Manages technician schedules and overtime.
• Develops and delivers training programs for staff on product knowledge and safety.
• Analyzes service data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
