Job summary

QuantumCare Wound Care seeks motivated Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our expanding mobile care team as independent contractors (1099). You will provide in-home and in-clinic wound care, perform health assessments, manage chronic and acute conditions, and document encounters in the EMR.

Travel to patient homes and facilities is required, with autonomy in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in Nebraska or Iowa.
• Experience in wound care, home-based care, or geriatric medicine.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license; travel to patient sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced wound care including assessment, debridement, and treatment plans.
• Deliver mobile wound care at homes or facilities with continuity of care.
• Diagnose and manage chronic and acute conditions with a whole-patient approach.
• Document encounters, treatments, and progress in the EMR per standards.
• Coordinate with care teams to optimize outcomes and ensure compliance.
