Job summary

QuantumCare Wound Care is seeking motivated Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our expanding mobile wound care team in Nebraska and Iowa. You will provide in-home and in-clinic visits, perform health assessments, manage chronic and acute wounds, and deliver advanced wound care with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA with Nebraska or Iowa license.
• Experience in wound care or home-based/geriatric care preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license; daily travel to patient homes.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced wound care with assessment, debridement, and treatment plans.
• Deliver mobile wound care in patients' homes or facilities.
• Diagnose and manage chronic and acute conditions using a whole-patient approach.
• Document encounters and progress in the EMR per standards.
• Coordinate care with internal and external teams to optimize outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, state regulations, and protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.
