Job summary
QuantumCare Wound Care in Nebraska is seeking motivated Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our expanding mobile care team. You will provide in-home and in-clinic visits, perform health assessments, manage chronic and acute conditions, and deliver advanced wound care with autonomy in a flexible, supportive environment.

Qualifications
- Active NP or PA license in NE or IA.
- Wound care, home-based care, or geriatric experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Self-starter comfortable working independently with mobile tech.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced wound care and debridement with treatment plans.
- Deliver mobile wound care in homes or facilities.
- Diagnose and manage chronic and acute conditions.
- Document encounters in EMR per standards.
- Coordinate with care teams to optimize outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare and state regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
