Job summary

Wound Haven in Texas is seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our mobile wound care team. You’ll care for patients in their homes and care facilities, helping improve healing, comfort, and quality of life.

We offer full-time and part-time W-2 opportunities with benefits. Compensation is per-patient-chart with bonus opportunities, travel by personal vehicle within a 50-mile radius, and schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA certification and Texas license in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgement and attention to detail.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach and collaborative attitude.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficient with iPad and digital charting.
• Willingness to travel within service area.

Responsibilities

• Assess wound care needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide wound care within scope of practice and protocols.
• Monitor healing and adjust care plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound management.
• Collaborate with providers and facility staff to support continuity of care.
• Document patient care accurately in EHR using an iPad.
• Organize schedule to provide dependable patient care.
