Job summary

Wound Haven is seeking compassionate NP or PA to deliver mobile wound care in patient homes and facilities across Texas. You’ll assess wounds, create treatment plans, educate patients, document care using iPad and an EHR, and travel within a 50-mile radius of your home city. Full-time or part-time W-2 with benefits; travel by personal vehicle required; DEA preferred.

Qualifications

Current NP or PA certification and an active Texas license in good standing.
Ability to travel across assigned Texas service area within ~50 miles.
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Assess patients’ wound care needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide wound care within your scope of practice and clinical protocols.
Monitor healing progress and adjust care plans as appropriate.
Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.
Collaborate with providers, facility staff, and clinical team to support continuity of care.
Complete accurate, timely patient documentation using an iPad and EHR.
Organize your schedule to provide dependable, attentive patient care.
