Wound Haven in Texas is seeking compassionate NP/PA to join a mobile wound care team delivering care in patients' homes and facilities. You will assess, treat, and educate, while coordinating with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care.

Flexible full-time or part-time schedules offered with W-2 employment and benefits. Travel within your Texas service area is required; you will document care using iPad/EHR systems.

Qualifikationen

• Current NP or PA certification and Texas license in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with collaborative attitude.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficient with iPad and electronic documentation systems.
• Reliable transportation and travel across service area.
• Active DEA registration preferred, but not required.
• Credentialing will review liability coverage.

Aufgaben

• Assess patients’ wound care needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide wound care within scope and established protocols.
• Monitor healing progress and adjust care plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.
• Collaborate with providers, facility staff, and clinical team.
• Complete accurate, timely patient documentation using an iPad and EHR.
• Organize your schedule to provide dependable, attentive patient care.
