Job summary

West Coast Wound & Skin Care in Houston, TX is seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to provide mobile advanced wound care services. This role requires travel to patient homes for personalized care and does not allow remote work. Candidates must be licensed in Texas and possess CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an NP or PA in TX.
• CPR Certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and local travel are required.

Responsibilities

• Select, order, and perform tests and procedures to best treat the patient.
• Perform wound care procedures as deemed necessary.
• Define and document patient diagnoses.
• Assure all patients are completely satisfied.
• Provide patient education and management.
• Perform debridement of wounds safely during patient visits.
• Apply topical wound care and other management products.
• Notate findings and treatment course in patient chart.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

CPR Certified

Current state license as an NP or PA

Valid driver’s license with liability auto insurance
