Wound Haven in Texas is seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our mobile wound care team. You’ll care for patients in homes and facilities, delivering individualized wound care and improving healing and comfort.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available; travel via personal vehicle is required, with benefits for full-time staff. Per-patient-chart compensation and potential bonus fees vary by patient volume and schedule.

Competenze

• Active Texas NP/PA license in good standing.
• Current certification; DEA registration preferred.
• Ability to travel across service area using personal vehicle.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Mansioni

• Assess patients’ wound care needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide wound care within your scope and protocols.
• Monitor healing progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.
• Collaborate with providers, facility staff, and clinical team to support continuity of care.
• Complete accurate, timely patient documentation using iPad and EHR.
• Organize your schedule to provide dependable, attentive patient care.
