Job summary

Wound Haven seeks compassionate NP/PA to join our mobile wound care team in Texas. You will travel to patient homes and facilities, assess wounds, and develop individualized treatment plans within your scope of practice.

We offer full-time and part-time W-2 roles with benefits. You’ll use an iPad and EHR to document care, collaborate with healthcare providers, and educate patients and caregivers to improve healing and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA certification and an active Texas license.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with collaborative attitude.
• Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills.
• Comfort using an iPad and electronic documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ wound care needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide wound care within your scope of practice and protocols.
• Monitor healing progress and adjust care plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.
• Collaborate with providers, facilities staff and clinical team to support continuity of care.
• Complete accurate, timely patient documentation using an iPad and EHR.
• Organize your schedule to provide dependable patient care.
