Job summary

Wound Haven is seeking compassionate NP or PA to deliver mobile wound care in patient homes and facilities across Texas. You’ll assess wounds, create treatment plans, educate patients, document care using iPad and an EHR, and travel within a 50-mile radius of your home city. Full-time or part-time W-2 with benefits; travel by personal vehicle required; DEA preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care within your scope of practice and clinical protocols.
• Monitor healing progress and adjust care plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.
• Collaborate with providers, facility staff, and clinical team to support continuity of care.
• Complete accurate, timely patient documentation using an iPad and EHR.
• Organize your schedule to provide dependable, attentive patient care.

Wound Haven is seeking compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our growing mobile wound care team. You’ll care for patients in their homes and care facilities, helping improve healing, comfort, and quality of life.

About the Opportunity

• Location: Patient homes and facilities within your assigned Texas service area, generally within a 50-mile radius of your home city.
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities; availability and scheduling needs will be discussed during the interview.
• Employment: Full-time W-2 employment with benefits; part-time arrangements will be discussed during the hiring process.
• Compensation: Per-patient-chart compensation with opportunities for additional bonus fees. Earnings vary based on patient volume, schedule, and applicable compensation terms.
• Travel: Use of your personal vehicle is required to travel between patient locations.
