You will manage pickups, transport pets with dignity, and use mobile tech to record details, while building trusted clinic partnerships and maintaining a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service, account management, or route-based experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and CRM systems.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted clinic relationships.
• Ensure pets are handled and transported with dignity.
• Execute pickups and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Use company technology to scan pets and verify names/IDs.
• Document requests and complete all follow through.
• Interact with pet parents with compassion and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of vehicle and equipment.
• Identify service opportunities and refer leads to Business Development.
