Job summary

Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates in Plainfield, IN to deliver happiness in the car-buying journey. This role requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, solid English, and physical stamina for loading/unloading tasks.

Expect a base hourly rate starting at $19 with potential growth to $21 based on performance and a structured merit program. Shift hours run 7am–5pm or 11am–9pm, with 7 days/week availability and rotating days off.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting 50 lbs).
• Willingness to drive and support loading/unloading operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using the car hauler.
• Load/unload vehicles and perform basic inspections for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per policy.
