Snap-on Tools is hiring a Route Sales Representative to drive a mobile store, perform product demos, and build relationships with shops and technicians. You will manage sales routes, grow revenue, and maintain showroom-quality vehicles while adhering to safety standards.

The role includes training, a base salary with a 15% quarterly bonus opportunity, and benefits. Prior outside sales or B2B experience and automotive interest are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in direct sales or sales management, outside sales, or B2B sales.
• Experience in automotive or hands-on vehicle repair is valued.
• Willingness to learn to drive a 16–20’ mobile store truck.

Responsabilités

• Drive the mobile store truck from shop to shop, selling tools and giving hands-on demos.
• Develop your route to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Operate your store as a model for future franchisees and Snap-on team members.
• Manage inventory, collections, and receivables while keeping the van showroom-ready.
• Collaborate with managers and share best practices to raise the standard of Snap-on excellence.
