Job summary

Essenti Talent is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales by delivering industrial hardware directly to customers in a defined territory using a fully stocked mobile store. The role requires residency in the territory and the ability to operate a mobile store vehicle, along with a clean driving history and physical agility for regular floor kneeling and bending.

You will prospect, demonstrate solutions, and manage daily store operations while maintaining accurate customer data and reports.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background, with a maximum of 3 employers over the past 10 years.
• Candidate should be able to manage data and use standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by researching, getting referrals, and calling on nearby businesses.
• Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present products and services using sample boards, demos, and the mobile store.
• Maintain cleanliness and operation of the mobile store and submit daily reports.
