Job summary

Zions Bank's Retail Support team in Summit County is hiring a Client Service Associate (Teller). You will process debit and credit transactions, open accounts, issue ATM cards, and help customers with transfers and payments in a fast-paced banking environment.

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and solid math, balancing and customer service skills. Primary duties include cross-selling opportunities and supporting branch operations, with day-one benefits and travel mileage reimbursement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Solid math, cashiering, balancing, or related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to cross-sell bank products.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions in line with policies and balance requirements.
• Identify and address clients' needs by offering services (accounts, transfers, checks, etc.).
• Resolve client issues or refer to branch resources as needed; maximize cross-sell opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
