Job summary

Zions Bank is seeking a Retail Support Customer Service Associate to support branches in the Park City, Kamas, and Coalville areas. Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years in banking, cashiering, customer service or related experience.
• Previous teller experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits/credits and bank products.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service while protecting the branch against loss.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations.
• Cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
• Process cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
