Zions Bancorporation in Utah is seeking a Traveling Teller (20 Hour) to support branches across Summit County. You will accurately process debit and credit transactions, assist customers with new accounts, ATM card activations, transfers, checks and loan payments, and help branches cover absenteeism while on the road.

Formación

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills. Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.
• Experience selling products and services based on customer needs preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services (new accounts, ATM cards, money transfers, checks, loan payments).
• Resolve client problems directly or via referrals to branch resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
