Job summary

You will join Zions Bank's Retail Support team, traveling to nearby offices as needed. The position emphasizes customer service, balancing skills, and the ability to respond to client needs quickly;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Cashiering and basic math knowledge.
• Strong customer service and balancing skills.
• Experience in banking products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies.
• Assist clients with account needs and services such as opening new accounts and transfers.
• Cross-sell banking products based on client needs.
• Resolve client issues directly or via referrals to branch resources.
• Support branches in the Duchesne, Vernal, and Roosevelt area as needed.
