Zions Bank in Utah seeks a Client Service Associate (Teller) within Retail Support to accurately process debit and credit transactions, assist customers, and support branch operations across the Western Salt Lake and Tooele County area.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills. Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.
• Experience selling products and services based on customer needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies and procedures, maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
• Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services such as opening accounts, issuing cards/transfers, and more.
• Resolve client problems directly or via referrals to branch resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities through client needs assessment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
