Job summary

Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Traveling Teller to support branches in Richfield, Ephraim, Manti and Salina. The role involves processing transactions, assisting customers with accounts, and maintaining service quality as a traveling staff member.

Minimum pay starts at $17 per hour with mileage reimbursement and a range of benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off). This position offers exposure to retail banking operations and cross-selling opportunities

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
• Basic math skills, cashiering knowledge, and understanding of banking products.
• Ability to balance cash register and provide cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately following policies and procedures.
• Assist clients with account opening, ATM cards, transfers, checks, and loan payments.
• Resolve client issues or refer to appropriate branch resources.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and provide service enhancements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
