Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Traveling Teller to support branches across the Western Salt Lake area on a 20-hour per week schedule. This role involves handling debit and credit transactions, assisting customers with account needs, and identifying cross-sell opportunities as part of a collaborative retail team.

The position offers benefits from day one, competitive pay starting at $17 per hour, and mileage reimbursement for travel within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills. Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.

Responsabilités

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies and balance records.
• Identify client needs and provide services such as new accounts, ATM cards, transfers, and checks.
• Resolve client issues directly or via referrals to branch resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
