Job summary

CBRE Mobile Technician position in Portland, OR, supports healthcare facilities such as hospitals and clinics, ensuring critical systems run smoothly and safely across sites. The role involves travel между facilities to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and simple installations.

You will inspect equipment, estimate time and materials for repairs, and assist with energy management while following defined procedures. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift heavy loads are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed building systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials needed to complete repairs; manage and track completion.
• Support energy management to ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect new or existing installations for code compliance and safety.
• Communicate with clients, coworkers, and supervisors to exchange straightforward information.
