Responsibilities

• Report to the central facility daily to coordinate with the lead technician and plan daily routes.
• Perform interior and exterior building maintenance including drywall, painting, and touch-ups.
• Maintain and repair plumbing systems including replacing sinks/toilets and addressing leaks.
• Conduct light electrical maintenance such as troubleshooting circuits and upgrading fixtures.
• Execute work orders, estimate time/materials, and track progress.
