Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Technician to perform repairs and preventive maintenance across multiple buildings and systems. You will support energy management, inspect installations, and respond to client inquiries.

The role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function and involves following defined procedures under supervision. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and comfortable handling up to 50

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of job-related experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic math skills for simple calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials; manage completion.
• Support energy management to ensure efficient system operation.
• Inspect new/existing installations for code and safety compliance.
• Communicate straightforward information to clients, co-workers, and supervisors.

Education

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma

1-2 years job-related experience
