Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Language: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Experience: 6+ months of customer service; 6+ months of working with software applications; 6+ months of high‑volume phone experience in customer service/call centre.
• Abilities: Basic to intermediate computer skills including MS Office and typing.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to resolve mobile service questions and issues.
• Assist with activation, billing questions, rate inquiries, order and payment processing, and account updates.
