Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Experts for our Store-in-Store retail team. You will engage customers, demonstrate wireless solutions, and guide them through onboarding and the T-Mobile app. The role is in a busy retail setting and requires strong communication and sales skills.

The position emphasizes customer obsession, relationship-building with customers, and collaboration with store leadership to ensure a smooth customer journey while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience required.
• Customer satisfaction-focused with a passion for helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes and systems.
• Build rapport and loyalty with customers, and follow up for referrals and Be Back opportunities.
• Collaborate with nearby store teams to support the customer experience from setup to device support.
