Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales of mobile, fully stocked industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory. Role emphasizes face-to-face visits, cold-calling, and prospecting with a mobile store to present solutions.

The ideal candidate resides in the assigned territory, can purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, maintains a clean driving history, and can repeatedly kneel and bend to access floor-level stock while servicing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience is preferred.
• Strong tenured background; max 3 companies in past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects and make face-to-face calls on prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products and services using sample boards and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, and reporting of your mobile store.
