Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales of mobile industrial hardware by delivering on-site solutions to customers within a defined geographic territory. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, prospect new business, present products, and maintain reports and data accuracy.

The role requires residence in the territory, the ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and a clean driving history.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong tenure history; max 3 employers in 10 years.
• Must reside in the assigned territory; relocation not available.
• Ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects and call on businesses near existing customers; face-to-face visits.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep your mobile store clean, functional, and report sales and prospect calls daily.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
