Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store, delivering industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined territory in California. The role relies on cold-calling, on-site visits, and proactive prospecting to build a robust customer base.

You must reside in the territory, be able to finance a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving record. Physical ability to kneel and bend is required for on-site operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred, especially in route or industrial sales.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers.
• Present solutions: demonstrate products using sample boards, product demos, and the mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep the mobile store clean, functional, and report daily sales orders and calls.
• Data integrity: maintain customer contact information in company software.
